I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m having fun just singing along and loving every second of life. I don’t have a minute to fight, until she strolls along and says that I’m wrong. “You’re wasting time singing them songs.” You best believe, I know what’s right. I don’t have to have you on my side.

“She has a point,” I think to myself. I may as well be stocking the shelf. No one wants a dead end life they just looking a way to survive. Barely doing fine without the 9 to 5. What I do now it keeps me alive and that’s how I feel when I wake up. I don’t require a morning antidote everyday like I used to. Somedays two and that’s when I realize: this is where I draw the line. How dare you say I’m out of my mind.

I work hard but I live free. I only am what I will be. I’m more than that you can’t deny, unless I’m gone and there’s just this recording of my voice and what I think. Or what I thought– that’s much more likely the case. It’s time to get up, out of the grave.
